Lauren Hawkins, director of accounting and finance, joined the Foundation in March 2016.  Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as an auditor for 10 years at Plante Moran.

Lauren was born in Detroit and moved to the northern Michigan town of Roscommon during grade school. She obtained her bachelor’s degree with a dual major in accounting and management from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Lauren is married to Jack (Noel) Hawkins and is the mother of two boys, Jack and Evan.
