Help Shape the Future of the Nonprofit Sector
In Detroit, we have many nonprofits doing amazing work for our community particularly for the children we serve. As a funder, I want to do what is best for our grant partners on the ground doing the work and want to support them in the best way I can. One of the ways I look to do this is to better understand the financial health of the organizations we support.
There are many ways to do this, including having direct conversations with our partners. Another powerful way is for our local nonprofits to add their voice to thousands of nonprofits across the country through the Nonprofit Finance Fund State of the Nonprofit Sector Survey. This survey looks to compile data across the country about the health and challenges facing our sector today. This data provides critical information that can in turn help us better support our grant partners in the community. I would like to ask all of our partners to please consider adding your voice to this survey, and know that we as funders will be looking at these results so that we can better support you.
