Titus Scott joined The Skillman Foundation as a Data Fellow in 2024. As a member of the Learning & Impact team, Titus will provide data insights, visualizations and support data storytelling. 

Titus has focused on serving youth for the last 14 years, first as a classroom educator teaching Middle School and High School Science and Math, and the last 8 years with a non-profit serving Detroit coaches and athletes. His passion for seeing the Detroit youth succeed and thrive has been a guiding force in his journey to joining The Skillman Foundation. 

Titus holds a bachelor’s degree in Science Education and master’s degrees in Secondary Education from Bob Jones University and Data Science & Business Analytics from Wayne State University. He lives in the lower East Side of Detroit with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
