Suzanne Shank

Suzanne Shank is President, CEO and a co-founder of Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC, a full-service investment banking firm offering debt and equity origination services to a wide range of Fortune 500 companies and debt underwriting for municipal clients nationally. A 30+year veteran of the financial services industry, Ms. Shank has positioned the firm to hold the distinction of being the top-ranked minority- and woman-owned investment banking firm in the country. Prior to Siebert, Suzanne was a Structural Engineer for General Dynamics.

Suzanne serves on a number of industry, corporate and civic boards, including the American Virtual Cloud Technologies (NASDAQ:AVCT), CMS and Consumers Energy (NYSE:CMS), Rocket Companies (NYSE:RKT), Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit Regional Chamber, Global Citizen, Bipartisan Policy Center Executive Council on Infrastructure, Invest Detroit, the Wharton Graduate Executive Advisory Board, and the Spelman College Board of Trustees. Suzanne has received numerous honors including being named a Crain’s Detroit Newsmaker, TechTown Entrepreneur of the Year, 100 Most Influential Women by Crain’s Detroit Business, Top 25 Women in Finance by Essence Magazine, and 75 Most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street by Black Enterprise. She holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
