Ron Hall, Jr.
Ron Hall, Jr. is the president and chief executive officer of Bridgewater Interiors, LLC, one of the nation’s largest minority-owned Tier I automotive suppliers specializing in just-in-time manufacturing, sequencing, and delivery of seating systems. Bridgewater employs more than 2,100 people at four facilities in the U.S. Hall joined the company in 2007, filling various roles. He succeeded his father, Ron Hall, Sr., in 2015 as president and CEO.
Ron sits on corporate and nonprofit boards, including the Wayne County Airport Authority, Beaumont Health, Detroit PAL, and New Center Stamping. Hall is a Leadership Detroit alumnus and earned a juris doctorates from the University of Michigan Law School, as well as a bachelor’s of science degree in international political economy from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Ron served on active duty in the U.S. Army, where he attained the rank of captain and was decorated for meritorious service in the Persian Gulf War.
