Laila Bell (left) is the vice president of learning & impact at The Skillman Foundation. She designs the Foundation’s approach to using data, evidence, and experience to inform investments in the power of Detroit youth to create and influence change. Laila works with the team to foster a learning culture where the voices of youth, grant partners, and the community inform ongoing work and drive grantmaking efforts to achieve greater impact.

Sarida Scott (right) is the vice president of program at The Skillman Foundation. She provides both strategic and operational leadership to the Foundation’s program team, guiding and implementing grantmaking totaling more than $20 million annually in alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and People Powered Education strategy.
