Dylan Nelson

Dylan Nelson is an administrative assistant at The Skillman Foundation, providing project support to the operations and communications departments. Prior to joining the Foundation, he worked in myriad industries including event production, advertising, and entertainment.

The son of a math teacher, Dylan served with City Year Chicago as a near-peer mentor after high school. He received his bachelor’s degree from Wayne State, majoring in music and minoring in math. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree in secondary education at Oakland University.

After work, you can find him riding his bike, listening to music, and reading fiction.
