Charlotte Pierce (left) is a senior policy analyst at EdTrust-Midwest.  Prior to joining EdTrust-Midwest, Charlotte worked in different areas of youth outreach and education, like summer youth employment programs and higher education finance consulting, which showed her the many approaches used to tackle challenges in education. Kimberly Clarida, Ph.D. (right) is the assistant director of policy and research for EdTrust-Midwest. A mixed methods researcher and policy analyst, she brings a strong track record of advancing equity through data-driven research, partnership and coalition building, and strategic policy engagement.
