This grant continues support of Urban Alliance (UA)’s work in Detroit with the High School Internship Program (HSIP). This year-long experience, in conjunction with schools and employers, is a paid professional internship which includes work readiness skill development, mentorship, wrap-around supports, and connection to nationwide alumni network
