In the summer of 2022, Southwest Solutions (SWS) and Development Centers, Inc. (DCI) began a highly preliminary and collaborative exploration to determine if the organizations could increase their positive impact on the community and clients through a deeper partnership. Results of this exercise have been positive, and SWS and DCI are further engaging to finalize the merger process in summer of 2023. Skillman Foundation support will provide SWS and DCI with essential financial resources to complete the final steps of the merger exploration, specifically the financial due diligence process.
