The Skillman Foundation

This grant will support Racquet Up Detroit (RUD) to provide high-quality and high-impact afterschool experiences, within safe, supportive, and engaging environments to 100 youth during the summer 2022 and school year 2022-23. These experiences will serve to engage participants in the sport of squash and strengthen social and emotional skill sets, academic proficiency, college and career exposure, and provide supports and resources that contribute to post-secondary persistence and completion of participants.
