Operations School

This contract enables Operations School to support eight youth-serving, BIPOC-led nonprofits to build operational capacity within their organizations. Through an assessment process, Operations School will develop a Project Team comprised of appropriate consultants, collaborative with the partner organization to develop a detailed Project Plan and scope of work and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure alignment with the Project Plan. Operations School will partner with Latham Consulting for additional evaluation resources and supports to document the impact of these services on the participating organizations.
