This grant will enable New Detroit to accelerate efforts to develop a new offering in their Just Suite curriculum offerings. The Just Lead curriculum will be developed in partnership with a cohort of co-designers and in partnership with the coalition of leaders engaged in a racial equity blueprint collaborative. The goal of the Just Lead curriculum is to provide knowledge and support to advance racial equity to a cross-sector of leaders in the region
