The Skillman Foundation

This grant will provide support to the Michigan Education Excellence Foundation (MEEF), a nonprofit, philanthropic organization to continue serving as a champion, fundraiser, and fiduciary for the Detroit Promise Scholarship and Pathway programs in coordination with the Detroit Regional Chamber, who administers the Promise, and the Detroit College Access Network (DCAN).
