This contract enables Latham Consulting to provide learning and research capacity to the Foundation’s Program team, supporting key learning areas such as rubric development and use, afterschool evaluation, strategic learning memos, and thought partnership. Latham Consulting will provide data collection and visualization support to the Foundation, in partnership with the Detroit Youth Development Resource Center and Wayne State University’s Detroit Education Research Partnership.
