This grant will continue the Foundation’s research partnership with Learning for Action (LFA), enabling evaluation and learning as an aspect of Educator Power. The Foundation will continue engagement with LFA as learning partners for the Year 2 evaluation of the Principal Wellness Professional Learning Communities, building upon learning from the Year 1 evaluation. The evaluation will examine what it takes to implement the model successfully and what has been learned about what is needed at a policy level to retain BIPOC educators
