The Skillman Foundation

This grant will continue the Foundation’s research partnership with Learning for Action (LFA), enabling monitoring, evaluation, and learning of an aspect of the K-12 strategy. It builds upon established evaluation activities, exploring the implementation and impact of Skillman’s investment in the Principal Wellness Professional Learning Community (PWPLC) pilot cohort. It will expand the Foundation’s ability to understand how it can best support Black school leaders in culturally responsive transformation and healing.
