This grant provides continued support for GreenLight Fund to launch its second local fund. Leveraging the national model, GreenLight Fund Detroit (GFD) will annually implement a cross-sector, community-driven approach to conduct a needs assessment and select a national nonprofit that provides support for youth and families in Detroit and positions them to thrive. Fund II will build on lessons learned in Fund I and expand opportunities for donor engagement and center community voice in the selection process.
