This grant will enable Faithfully Organizing Resources for Community Empowerment (FORCE): Detroit to engage in a pilot project serving at least 10 violence-impacted youth in the Cody Neighborhood and Cody High School, one of the highest crime areas of the city for youth and enabling the organization to glean lessons about supporting youth power and the unique needs of young people in violence reduction strategies.
