This grant will allow the Detroit Regional Chamber Foundation, Inc. to hire a Senior Director for Detroit Drives Degrees (D3), a regional collective impact effort focused on reducing the racial equity gap in postsecondary attainment. Detroit Drives Degrees is working to increase the region’s postsecondary education attainment rate to 60% and reduce the racial equity gap by half, both by the year 2030.
