This grant will support Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) in the districtwide adoption of a comprehensive system of out-of-school time, impacting all DPSCD students, grades K-12. This is year one of a five-year plan to ensure all DPSCD students have access to high quality out-of-school time experiences that will: 1) positively impact recruitment and retention of K-8 students whose families are looking for after school supervision and enrichment opportunities; and 2) realize the District’s commitment to Whole Child development through youth development, enrichment, and other student driven/led activities for students
