This grant provides general operating support to the Detroit Phoenix Center (DPC) to serve young people in Detroit experiencing homelessness and deepen its efforts to strengthen service delivery and infrastructure to prevent, address, and end the cycle of homelessness and poverty in Detroit. Over the next two years, DPC will provide leadership and advocacy training to youth experiencing homelessness and continue leading the development and implementation of a coordinated citywide plan to end youth homelessness
