The Skillman Foundation

This grant will support Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation (DHDC) in its efforts to include the Latino community in justice reform efforts in the city of Detroit, and policy reform efforts across the state, including the voices and expertise of young people from Western High School and Southwest Detroit at large, an area experiencing an uptick in gang-related violence.
