This grant will provide support to Brightmoor Maker Space to offer a high-quality, year-round, craftwork workforce development program to Detroit youth. It will engage 75 youth, primarily in the Brightmoor community, in 7 craftwork program offerings and social emotional supports, building creative confidence through hands-on work and providing a sanctuary space where youth can prosper. This grant furthers the Foundation’s effort to support youth in a combination of experiences that positively impacts whole-child development
