This grant provides support for the continuation of the Council of Michigan Foundations (CMF)-Skillman Fellows program, supporting three roles primarily based within the Skillman Foundation focused on communications, data and learning, and youth engagement. The fellowship introduces emerging leaders to social change-making, offering experience in the field of philanthropy that can support their development as strong conductors of social change during and beyond the duration of the fellowship
