This grant will renew support to Cities for Financial Empowerment (CFE) Fund and its partners—the City of Detroit Department of Neighborhoods, Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation (DESC), and Connect Detroit—to continue the integration of financial empowerment and banking access into Detroit’s largest youth employment program, Grow Detroit’s Young Talent (GDYT).
