This grant continues operating support to Brilliant Detroit (BD) to strengthen the reach and impact of 313Reads!. Addressing the literacy needs of our children is urgent and critical work. Through a collective impact model, the goal of 313Reads! is to obtain population-level impact toward grade level reading and third grade reading proficiency through citywide aligned literacy practices, data sharing, and youth voices to inform the path forward.
