The Skillman Foundation

This grant will support The Black Legacy Advancement Coalition’s Detroit Demo Day of service, highlighting the collective impact that can be made when we invest in our communities. There will be garden projects, construction repairs, music, great food, as well as activities for youth and children. Demo Day serves as the most impactful fundraiser of the coalition’s property project, as it engages hundreds of Detroiters and businesses that are eager to see homes and buildings and landscapes returned to their former glory.
