This grant will continue to support the partnership with Athlete Transition Services, Inc. (ATS) and Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) to deliver district-wide career exposure opportunities, social-emotional learning (SEL)-skill development, and mental health supports to high school student-athletes. ATS will continue professional development support to 110 coaches and DPSCD athletic department administrators to strengthen their skills and ability to best support meaningful connections to students that enable whole child development.
