This grant will support the construction of the Downtown Detroit Partnership’s effort to construct the World’s largest Kwanzaa Kinara, here in Detroit. This work is happening in partnership with City Councilman Scott Benson, and a coalition of community partners, led by Alkebu-Lan Village.
