This grant supports Halloween in the D, a family-friendly celebration which includes a host of Halloween activities at police precincts, recreation centers, city parks and fire stations across the city. Annually over 30,000 Detroit youth and their families take part in activities like trunk or treats, drive-throughs, haunted houses, and more allowing our youth to get the full Halloween experience in a fun and safe way.
