Siyeh Frazier

Siyeh joined the Foundation in September 2025 as a Youth Philanthropy Fellow as a part of the Strategic Initiatives team. In this role, she will work closely with the Skillman Youth Council (SYC) to amplify youth voice through a hands-on grantmaking teaching experience.

Siyeh is a dedicated youth development professional who has a passion for access to quality education and social-emotional development for all. She was born and raised in Detroit and is a product of Detroit Public Schools. Since then, she has attended Penn State University as a student-athlete, become a fashion professional, and works in youth development—specifically, in out-of-school-time (OST) character development programs. Being intentional about Detroit youth developing tangible skills needed to be successful in this world is a personal and professional value for her that aligns with doing the work for real change.
