Education change requires strong data and evidence. We invest insupport tools and partnerships that help education changemakers understand needs, identify solutions, and act together.
Our Data strategy and grants focuses on three priorities:

1. Promote shared data for coordinated action
   • Increase the use of common metrics
   • Support collaborations grounded in shared evidence.
2. Build capacity to use data for influence
   • Strengthen partners’ skills in data storytelling and visualization.
   • Expand technical assistance and analytic capacity across the K–12 ecosystem.
3. Translate research into action
   • Support participatory research that engages parents, youth, and communities.
   • Advance research–practice partnerships that connect evidence to decision-making.
