The Skillman Foundation

This grant will provide seed funding to the United Way for Southeastern Michigan (UWSEM) to accelerate the hire a Director of K-12 Education Initiatives, a newly formed position needed to support and expand the vision and mission aligned education community initiatives. The Skillman Foundation’s support for this UWSEM position will enable the organization to continue the expansion and enrichment of UWSEM’s Education and Community Initiative strategy in Detroit and throughout the region.
