The Skillman Foundation

This grant provides operational support to the Black Executive Directors Alliance of Detroit (BEDAD) to engage youth serving, Black-led nonprofits in Detroit with networking and power-building, operational resources, coaching and leadership development, and joint funding opportunities. This grant also provides resources to BEDAD to their full engagement in various youth-serving system building efforts, local and statewide, to ensure the presence of Black-led nonprofits as key stakeholders in those respective out-of-school time ecosystems.
