This grant will continue to support?The Institute for College Access and Success (TICAS)’s? efforts? in Michigan to ensure equitable postsecondary access for low-income, first generation and students of color. TICAS will continue building coalitions with the Michigan College Access Network and Detroit College Access Network (DCAN), and youth to advance state financial aid policies for students and increase racial and economic equity.
