This contract enables Public Progress to commission statewide research on how Michiganders feel about the imperative of investing in youth that can inform and influence state and local policy makers. Public Progress will also provide technical assistance to Detroit and statewide afterschool advocacy efforts that engage key stakeholders and elected officials.
