The Skillman Foundation

This planning grant enables the Detroit Black Charter Leader Excellence group to formalize an alliance that is committed to aligning thought leadership and intellectual capital across the charter school ecosystem. Grounded in building and advancing Black leadership power in the education landscape, the group will develop a three-year strategic plan for future programming and activities that will drive systems change, cultivate shared power, and increase academic excellence.
