Michigan’s Thanksgiving Parade

This grant will support the Thanksgiving Parade Float Design Contest for 2022, an annual event that showcases the talent of Detroit youth and highlights The Skillman Foundation’s work to provide exceptional supports and opportunities for young people. Students in grades four through eight are invited to create and submit their ideas to be displayed in the Foundation’s float, which is featured in America’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
