This grant enables Black Male Educators Alliance (BMEA) to deepen its organizational capacity to continue to be a leading expert and invaluable resource for Black educators. BMEA will continue to expand and facilitate Principal Wellness Professional Learning Community (PWPLC) for Black principals in Detroit, a professional learning experience that promotes personal healing and deepens their power to boldly lead through a racial equity lens.
