The Skillman Foundation

This grant will aid ProjectArt, an afterschool art education and artist registry program which partners with the nation’s public libraries, in reaching their goal of establishing citywide impact by expanding programming to be reflected in each of Detroit’s seven districts by expanding programming to the Edison Library Branch in the Cody neighborhood. A portion of this funding will also aid ProjectArt in further investment of their user-friendly enterprise application, aimed at connecting youth and families throughout Detroit to easily access arts and culture programs within their neighborhood.
