Paty Hinojosa, senior program officer, leads the Foundation’s Financial Empowerment and Cody Rouge Project work. She also supports the Foundation’s Youth Development strategies. She also guides the Foundation’s social innovation work including program-related investments. Paty is a Certified Public Account and has been with the Foundation since 2008. She began her career at the Foundation as the controller and assistant treasurer.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Paty worked at Deloitte as an auditor, where she had clients in multiple industries including nonprofit, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing.
Paty is on the Michigan chapter steering committee of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy, and volunteers with area nonprofits, including Gleaners Community Food Bank. She earned a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in accounting and a second major in Spanish, from the University of Notre Dame. Her favorite pastimes include yoga and attending Tiger’s games.
