The Skillman Foundation

This grant will enable New Paradigm for Education (NPFE) (pre-K-12) charter network level leadership team to support a strong vision of educator retention and wellness grounded in moving schools and students forward in navigating the pandemic on top of a decades-in-the-making educator shortage. This grant is part of one of four visioning grants grounded in building and advancing Black leadership power in the education landscape and establishing trusted partnerships with The Skillman Foundation. It will provide unrestricted capital to design and implement innovative solutions to the challenges Black charter leaders face in the current pandemic and broader education context.
