The Skillman Foundation

The 21st Century Library will be a flexible space with moveable furnishings that is inviting and colorful, safe and comfortable, encouraging, stimulating, generating an environment of curiosity for our students. It will provide the latest technology for wireless access, an eBook library allowing students to have literary access from wherever they may be, as well as a full complement of books and periodicals that are age appropriate. The room will have movable partitions that will house students art work, and can create customized spaces to meet the particular need. This space will double as a parent and community center that allows for PATT meetings, access to the internet and resource materials.
